Our Process
-
Any puppy on our website that has a price below its picture is AVAILABLE.
-
Our buying process begins when you submit your Contact US form or place a Deposit on your puppy of choice via the Place Deposit NOW! buttons on the website.
-
After placing your deposit we will email you an e-receipt showing you have a placed your deposit
-
After we receive your deposit, and answer any questions you may have , you will receive an email telling you a little of what to expect over the next few days/weeks food infom things you may need etc.
-
If by now we have not already spoken to you via phone, text, or email we may give you a call or send you a text to ask any questions we may have or see if there are any that you may have. We feel that communicating with you via phone or text gives us all the information we need to make an assessment and we get to know our buyers first-hand as the buying process progresses forward. It doesn't happen very often, but on occasion we have refused to sell one of our puppies to a prospective buyer.
-
If the refusal situation occurs we will refund your deposit at that time.
-
we do not have an application process. We feel that if you are a responsible adult you should have the basic common knowledge of right and wrong and 20 questions asking when you will tuck your puppy in is not going to benefit us as the seller or you as the buyer.
-
we expect if you have any questions or concerns regarding owning a puppy that you will address those before bringing a puppy home.
-
-
We take deposits on individual puppies only when the puppy is posted on the website at 3 to 6 weeks of age. It is on a first come first serve basis. Our puppies sell quickly and we do not feel that holding a deposit for a long time is worthwhile to us or you as the buyer.
-
If you see an upcoming litter that you are REALLY interested in you can ask for a heads up so you will know when it is going to be on the website. You can also join the mailing list to get birth announcements and newly listed puppies sent to your email.
-
on occasion we will take a deposit before a litter is born only if you are wanting a puppy with a docked tail. i.e Poodles and Aussiedoodles
-
-
Deposits are Non-Refundable but they are transferable.
-
If for some reason you are unable to take a puppy, you may opt to roll your deposit to a future litter.
-
-
When the puppies are born up to 2 weeks old, we will try to post sneak peak picture and send out a birth announcement so you can get a feel for what is available in the litter.
-
As soon as possible, individual photos and videos of the puppies will be posted on our website. There will be an announcement email sent out letting you know new puppies are being posted.
-
If you desire you will recieve the opportunity to zoom chat with your puppy and ask any questions you may have at least once before your puppy pick up time. Please let us know a time you would like to do this and we will do our best to make sure that we accomodate you as much as possible. The best time for zooms for us is 1-230pm and 5-7pm on weekdays.
-
We will try to update you at least 2 times with photos and or videos of your puppy..
-
Sometimes we get busy and this gets pushed back. Please be patient as we spend a lot of time with the puppies and caring for our adult dogs as well.
-
-
Upon placing deposit we will send you a new puppy checklist that will go over the things you may need to get before your new puppy arrives.
-
All puppies have their first set of vaccinations and are de-wormed several times before they are 8 weeks old. They each receive a health and fecal check by a vet before they go to their new homes.
-
at 8 weeks of age your puppy leaves with 2 shots. 1-neopar (parvo only vaccination) and 1 DaPPV (distemper, adenovirus, parvo)
-
-
Puppies go home at 8 weeks. For some of our smaller breeds, we may hold a puppy until 12 weeks of age to be certain that the puppy is ready for its new home.
-
If you need us to hold your puppy a little longer we will do so just please communicate that information with us.
-
Any holds longer than 2 weeks of puppies 8 week old take home date will require a $20 a day boarding fee. (this is on a case by case basis)

-
You, our families, our program and our puppies/dogs are of the utmost importance to us. If at any time you don't feel like we are giving you a good positive experience please communicate that with us so we can make it better. It is very important to us that you and our puppies are happy.
